Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications using handheld scanners and other tools.
  • Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards before packaging.
  • Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, selecting appropriate packing materials.
  • Stage completed orders for shipping carriers, ensuring accuracy and timely readiness.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in your assigned work area and throughout the warehouse.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks, with potential for forklift operation after training.
  • Follow all established safety protocols, including the use of required PPE.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is a plus.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Capability for Lifting items up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to adhere to all safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE.
