About
Our Washington, D.C. operations are looking for a proactive Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is key to ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our distribution center. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing items for dispatch. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of productivity. Understanding the principles of effective logistics management is beneficial. The job is physically demanding, involving continuous standing, walking, reaching, and frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Your safety and the safety of your colleagues are our utmost priority. Therefore, the use of required PPE , including safety vests and footwear, is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment
- Stock products in designated warehouse locations
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a focus on safety
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow safety guidelines
