About
We are hiring an experienced Forklift Operator for our San Antonio, Texas distribution center. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to move materials within the warehouse. Your duties will include loading and unloading trucks, moving inventory to and from storage locations, and assisting with order picking and fulfillment. This position requires a keen understanding of warehouse operations and a strong commitment to safety . You must be adept at maneuvering in tight spaces and handling various types of materials. This role involves regular lifting of up to 50 pounds, though the forklift will assist with heavier items. The correct use of PPE , including safety shoes and high-visibility vests, is mandatory. We maintain a rigorous safety program, and adherence to all safety guidelines is paramount to prevent accidents and injuries. Experience with different types of forklifts, such as sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks, is highly desirable. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safely
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers
- Move products to and from storage areas

- Follow all safety regulations and procedures
- Valid forklift operator certification
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures
- Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Must wear required PPE
