- Select and gather products from warehouse locations according to customer orders.
- Use RF scanning devices to manage inventory and confirm picks.
- Package items securely for safe transportation, ensuring quality control.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks when trained.
- Keep work areas tidy and free from obstructions, contributing to overall safety.
- Strictly follow all safety regulations and protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks and inventory management as needed.
- GED or high school diploma.
- Previous experience in order picking or a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving significant Lifting, up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Exceptional accuracy and a strong commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety best practices and the logistics industry.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and operational improvements.
