About
We are looking for skilled Fulfillment Associates to join our team in Washington, D.C.! In this role, you will be directly involved in the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. Your duties will include accurate picking and packing of customer orders, managing inventory, and ensuring the quality and integrity of outgoing products. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Understanding and implementing strict Safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE, is critical. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Verify order details and product information.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Uphold all Safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to all workplace regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
