Emma (Founder)
to grow her personal brand, scale the
Focus on the Fun Stuff Podcast , and build organic reach for

Content Creator
to take ownership of our video and audio content across multiple platforms.
You will work closely with
Emma (Founder)
to grow her personal brand, scale the
Focus on the Fun Stuff Podcast , and build organic reach for
Mi PA and our wider group of brands .
The Mission Capture, produce, and distribute high quality short form and long form content that turns attention into trust and trust into demand.
What You’ll Be Doing You will own the content process from start to finish across YouTube, podcasts, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook and more.
Film high quality content in the office and on location
Edit short form videos with strong hooks and retention
Edit long form YouTube and podcast content
Produce and manage the Focus on the Fun Stuff Podcast
Create thumbnails, post visuals, and simple design assets
Build an organised, repeatable content workflow
Work at pace and hit deadlines without being chased

✅ Essential Skills
Strong video filming and editing skills
Short form editing experience for TikTok, Reels and Shorts
Long form editing experience for YouTube and podcasts
Podcast production and audio editing experience
Basic design skills for thumbnails and social assets
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong time management and prioritisation
Experience
2+ years experience creating video content
Comfortable working independently and in a team
Confident juggling multiple deadlines
Experience filming real people in real environments
