We are seeking a detail-oriented Probate/Civil Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. Experience in probate is helpful but not necessary for this position. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a diverse caseload involving disputes concerning estate and trust matters. The ideal candidate will possess a exceptional research and writing skills and be able to operate in a team environment. *Duties*
* Manage all aspects of probate cases, including estate administration, will contests, and trust disputes
* Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity
* Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies
* Prepare for and participate in court hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions with confidence and thorough preparation
*Skills*
* Strong litigation experience is a must.
* Proficiency in civil litigation techniques across multiple practice areas such as family law, contract, torts, probate and trusts
* Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate settlements that align with client interests
* Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed legal research using Westlaw or LexisNexis platforms
* Exceptional legal writing skills for drafting clear pleadings, motions, and correspondence
* Experience with legal drafting and administrative tasks within a law office setting
* Familiarity with litigation procedures including depositions, discovery processes, and courtroom advocacy
* Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines

Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
