Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Baltimore, Maryland! This dynamic role is at the heart of our e-commerce operations, responsible for efficiently processing customer orders from start to finish. Your duties will include picking products, packing orders securely for shipment, and managing inventory within our facility. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and are committed to accuracy and efficiency. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle various tasks throughout the day, including significant Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure correct items are shipped.
- Prepare shipments, including boxing, labeling, and palletizing.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory.
- Maintain organized work areas and contribute to warehouse cleanliness.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to perform frequent Lifting, standing, and walking.
- Demonstrated understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
