About
We are seeking dedicated and energetic Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks critical to our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling products from receiving to shipment. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Our commitment to safety is paramount, and all associates are expected to adhere to strict safety protocols and utilize provided PPE. Tasks include picking items for customer orders, packing them securely for shipment, and ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time. You will also assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment. The ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting, is essential for success in this role. Understanding basic warehouse operations and contributing to a positive team atmosphere are key expectations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting.
- Meet performance standards for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work in a standing and moving environment for extended periods.
