About
Join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio, as a Warehouse Worker and contribute to the seamless flow of goods within our facility. This role involves a variety of tasks including loading and unloading trucks, moving inventory, organizing stock, and ensuring the warehouse remains tidy and safe. You will work closely with other warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily operational goals. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions accurately, and maintain a strong focus on Safety is paramount. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn new aspects of warehouse operations and logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and containers.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
- Sort and place inventory in designated locations.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervision.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics concepts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to adhere to Safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
