You will be expected to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and adhere to all company policies, including the rigorous use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders with precision, ensuring order accuracy and quality.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, consolidating, and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Perform regular inventory checks and participate in stocktaking activities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines, and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist in other areas of the distribution center as needed to meet operational demands.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including consistent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated understanding and adherence to safety regulations and PPE usage.
- Basic computer proficiency is helpful.
