Our expanding distribution center in Boston, Massachusetts, is looking for dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and store goods appropriately.
- Stock shelves and ensure inventory is organized and accessible.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining the efficiency of our logistics operations.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
- Understanding of safe lifting techniques is essential.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE.
