About
Our Baltimore, Maryland facility is looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient handling and processing of goods within our warehouse. You will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This position is vital to the smooth operation of our logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload deliveries, verifying items against order documentation.
- Stock received inventory into designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for departure, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly.
- Employ safe lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as required.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and logistics.
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
