Compensation
$50,000 - $65,000+DOE What Youll Be Doing
Providing basic IT support to staff, including troubleshooting Windows issues (e.g., microphone or monitor setups) Assisting with onboarding new staff by setting up laptops and docking stations Updating documentation and performing occasional data entry tasks Managing and shipping equipment as needed Ensuring under?desk wiring is organized and efficient
What Youll Need to be Considered
2+ years of relevant experience in an IT support role or similar Experience supporting Microsoft products Must have cloud experience along with Tier II helpdesk support A positive, approachable presence with excellent interpersonal skills A strong desire to learn and contribute to a growing team
