About

A full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive at our Volkswagen Ashford location. The Sales Executive will engage with customers to understand their needs, present suitable automotive options, and guide them through the purchase process. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the positive reputation of the JCB Group. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the team to ensure seamless sales operations and provide outstanding customer service throughout the buyer journey.
Qualifications
Experience as a car sales executive
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
Able to fit it with our current team and work well as a team player
Knowledge of the automotive industry and ability to stay updated on product offerings and trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Organisational skills to manage multiple customers and tasks
Valid UK driving license
Previous dealership or automotive sales experience is considered an advantage
