We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our expanding logistics operations in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this versatile role, you will contribute to various aspects of warehouse functions, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Your responsibilities may include operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and maintaining a safe and orderly work environment. A strong commitment to adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is essential. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
