We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our high-performing and dedicated sales team. The Senior Sales Manager will play a key role in supporting the sales department to achieve agreed financial targets and drive business growth. Successful candidate will develop a thorough understanding of the organisation’s products and services, build and maintain strong client relationships, and identify new sales opportunities. They will be responsible for preparing sales proposals, supporting the launch of new products to market, and actively managing their own sales pipeline. Taranto Systems leads the UK market in traffic enforcement and parking management software, with over 25 years’ experience delivering award-winning, cloud-based solutions. Your Responsibilities Gain a full understanding of the products and services offered. Talk through, and be prepared to demonstrate, your extensive product knowledge to clients. Build strong client relationships, helping to seek out potential sales opportunities and maximise value. Where appropriate, assist to extend contracts. Prepare sales proposals in line with internal business processes and conducting successful negotiations with clients to secure any sales. Take an integral role in bringing new Taranto products to the market, in particular delivering a newly created solution to a new sector. Work across departments, including with the wider Marketing and Bid team in order to successfully execute appropriate sales plans and go-to-market strategies. Proactively manage your own sales pipeline, achieving personal targets and contributing to the wider team target. Participate in the tender response process, working with the wider bid team, contributing to new business wins. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs. Contribute to the team’s marketing communications (method, frequency). Skills And Experience Required Experience within the parking sector is particularly beneficial Business awareness Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to demonstrate software Willingness to make a proactive contribution to the commercial success of the business What We Offer Salary £55k-£60k DOE (plus bonus).
