DevOps Engineer
– PA Consulting, London, United Kingdom – Full‑time, hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office or on client site).
Location : 10 Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5DH, GB. Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high‑performance cloud applications using AWS, Azure, and GCP. Build and automate CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code with tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes. Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver innovative software solutions. Drive continuous improvement of engineering practices, monitoring, and incident response. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of learning and knowledge sharing. Tech Stack
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP Automation & Orchestration: Jenkins, Git, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift Monitoring & Logging: ELK, Splunk, CloudWatch, TICK Stack Serverless: Lambda, Cloud Functions, Azure Functions Qualifications
Strong experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud services. Hands‑on experience building CI/CD pipelines and automating infrastructure. Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and container runtimes. Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools. Excellent problem‑solving, collaboration, and communication skills. Background in security clearance (UK) is required for this role. Applicants must be British citizens or have 5 years of continuous UK residency. Baseline Personnel Security Standard background checks are mandatory. Benefits
