About
Job Summary We are looking for a cyber‑security solutions architect who can provide industry‑leading advice, drive new services securely, and help clients achieve real business value. This role supports sales and delivery teams, leads solution sales opportunities, and mentors junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
Work with customers, sales and business development managers to qualify opportunities and design solutions.
Produce high‑quality documentation – solution designs, RFP responses, total cost ownership models, business cases and statements of work.
Identify upsell opportunities, coordinate resources from other teams.
Support the transition of projects to delivery teams and act as escalation point.
Advocate SHI capabilities to customers and internal stakeholders.
Build relationships across the business, including Sales, Professional Services and partner communities.
Assist in go‑to‑market development, create and launch new propositions.
Support repeatable solutions and standardised offerings.
Mentor and develop team members.
Management & Team Responsibilities
Support the Practice Lead with meeting input, coaching and cover.
Help develop team productivity and readiness.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Experienced cyber‑security pre‑sales professional who designs complex solutions across verticals.
Deep understanding of security domains: Identity, Endpoint, Cloud Security, Data Governance, Next‑Gen SOC, etc.
Proficiency with at least two leading security vendor technologies (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, CyberArk, Zscaler, Netskope, Cisco).
Prior channel solution sales experience leveraging partner resources.
Experience selling professional and managed security services.
Industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM are advantageous.
Essential Attributes
Self‑driven and self‑motivated with strong commercial acumen.
Ability to lead customer engagements and articulate cloud journeys.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and detail orientation.
Demonstrated track record of delivering high‑quality documentation and projects.
Passion for technology that positively impacts business.
