City and Guilds Training is looking for a Sales Advisor (Course Advisor) to add to our existing team. This role is open as a Maternity Cover, however this role can become permanent in future. If you have excellent customer service skills and have great telephone manner then this opportunity may be what you are looking for. This role will ideally suit a candidate with previous Sales experience, coming from either face-to-face role or contact centre role. Successful candidates will become a part of our friendly team located in Crawley / Gatwick. You will be responsible for providing first-class customer focused interactions, advising on our courses and booking clients to the course that is appropriate for them and that suits their needs. This is a permanent position with a starting salary of circa £27K and a generous bonus which can add an additional 20-35% to your salary. Course Advisor role is a mix of an inbound and an outbound calling but it is not a cold calling role. All the customers are either existing clients or customers who have previously contacted our business. This is not a cold calling role.
