We need ambitious individuals with a proven track record in sales, strong networking skills within the construction sector (contractors, developers, architects, interior designers, fabricators), and the desire to earn significant income through a commission-only structure.
You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, presenting our product offerings, negotiating deals, and closing sales.

Responsibilities
Identify and target potential customers within the construction industry, including general contractors, developers, kitchen and bath showrooms, architects, interior designers, and stone fabricators.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key decision‑makers.
Present the features and benefits of our quartz slabs effectively, highlighting quality, durability, design options, and competitive advantages.
Provide product samples, brochures, and other marketing materials to prospective clients.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations.
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals.
Track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate records in a CRM system.
Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build relationships.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably with construction materials, stone, or related industries.
Existing network and strong relationships within the construction industry are highly desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self‑motivated, driven, and results‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel as needed within your assigned territory.
Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to move prospects through the sales cycle.
Compensation This is a commission‑only position. Earnings will be directly tied to sales performance, offering the potential for significant income for successful and driven individuals.
