We're looking for a Technical Sales Advisor to join a market-leading UK manufacturer, based in Witney. If you have an interest in technical products, a drive to support sales and a passion for providing great customer service, this could be the ideal role for you.
In this role, you'll handle technical sales enquiries, create quotations, specify products, and support both internal and external sales teams, all while building lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.
What You'll Be Doing
Respond to technical sales enquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in person
Interpret technical drawings to specify appropriate products
Provide accurate and timely quotations Support external sales teams with leads, pricing, and product knowledge
Follow up on quotes, promote offers, and upsell where appropriate
Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve product queries
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of heating and ventilation products
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in technical sales or customer service (desirable)
Knowledge of heating & ventilation systems or swimming pool systems (a bonus, but not essential)
