Job Summary:
As a Medical Imaging Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving nationwide sales across a diverse range of medical imaging modalities, including but not limited to C-arms, ultrasound, CT, MRI, digital X-ray, and portable X-ray systems. This role requires a strong combination of technical imaging knowledge, consultative sales skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare decision-makers. The ideal candidate has experience in medical device or imaging sales and is comfortable selling multiple product lines into varied clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across multiple medical imaging product lines. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, imaging centers, surgical centers, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. Serve as a trusted consultant to customers by identifying clinical needs and recommending appropriate imaging solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and in-service training for clinical and administrative stakeholders. Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, regulatory considerations, and advancements in medical imaging technology. Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, operations, marketing, and product specialists to ensure a seamless customer experience. Support the sales process from initial prospecting through closing, installation coordination, and post-sale follow-up. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote Equipped MD’s full imaging portfolio. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; clinical or technical background is a plus. 2+ years of sales experience in medical devices, capital equipment, or healthcare technology. Working knowledge of medical imaging modalities such as C-arm, ultrasound, CT, MRI, digital X-ray, or portable X-ray systems. Strong understanding of clinical workflows in radiology, surgery, and outpatient care settings. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple product lines and sales cycles simultaneously. Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
