Part-Time Bartender & Cocktail Enthusiast at Four Eleven York

Four Eleven York is seeking a part-time bartender to join our team.

Our boutique inn and restaurant has become one of Norfolk's favorite destinations for an elevated dining experience. We welcome a mix of regular guests, special occasions, and weddings, and we take pride in every detail—from the food and cocktails to the atmosphere and service.

We're looking for a bartender who is passionate about hospitality, creative cocktails, and delivering memorable experiences. You'll work closely with our bar team to execute our beverage program, which highlights seasonal cocktails, curated wines, and craft beers.

Responsibilities include:

• Bartending shifts with a focus on both classic and house cocktails
• Guiding guests through the food and beverage menus
• Full set-up and breakdown of the bar
• Restocking and maintaining a clean, organized bar area
• Learning and executing a wide range of specialty cocktails and seasonal features

What we're looking for:

• Enthusiasm for craft cocktails and a willingness to learn
• Strong sense of hospitality and guest engagement
• Ability to work in a fine dining environment with attention to detail
• Prior bartending experience is preferred

• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
• Shifts: Evening / Night
• Work Location: In person
