We are looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our state-of-the-art logistics center in Chicago, Illinois. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be integral to processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery. This dynamic role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and a strong commitment to safety. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified requirements.
- Verify order details against products to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including proper boxing, labeling, and documentation.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of required PPE.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking, packing, or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical activity, including Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the correct usage of PPE.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and be active for the entire shift.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with general logistics and supply chain operations.
