Our Madison, Wisconsin facility is seeking diligent Picker/Packers to join our dedicated fulfillment team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packaged, and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order specifications.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packaging.
- Package products securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipping, ensuring all information is legible.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement and order status.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Report any issues with orders, inventory, or equipment to supervision.
- Contribute to meeting daily fulfillment targets in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical dexterity and occasional Lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to stand and move around for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to providing high-quality service in a logistics setting.
