About
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team in Houston, Texas. As a Receiving Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our warehouse operations. Your primary responsibilities will include unloading trucks, verifying packing slips against purchase orders, inspecting goods for damage, and accurately documenting all received items into our inventory management system. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and requires a strong focus on detail and organization. You will collaborate closely with warehouse supervisors and other team members to ensure a smooth flow of goods into the facility. Experience with warehouse management software (WMS) is a plus. Adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This position involves regular lifting of packages up to 50 pounds.
