Join our team as a Picker/Packer in Denver, Colorado! We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to the efficient fulfillment of customer orders. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from our inventory and preparing them for shipment. This position requires accuracy, speed, and a dedication to quality. You will play a vital part in our supply chain and Logistics process, ensuring that our customers receive the right products in excellent condition. We value teamwork and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order details.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packing.
- Package products securely and efficiently for transit.
- Label and stage orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Adhere to all company Safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous picking and packing experience in a warehouse environment is a plus. Must be able to handle repetitive motion and frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs). Ability to work efficiently in a standing and walking role. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Emphasis on workplace Safety and adherence to guidelines. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
