You will be responsible for tasks such as order picking, packing, loading, and unloading. Our Distribution Center Associates are the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring that our products reach customers accurately and on time. Responsibilities include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications, carefully packing items to ensure they are protected during transit, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will also assist with inventory counts and potentially operate warehouse equipment. The ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently, coupled with a strong work ethic, is crucial. Occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds may be necessary. Your contribution is key to our overall success in delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks with various types of merchandise.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the distribution center.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure quality control.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including PPE usage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
