We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our busy facility in beautiful San Diego, California. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient flow of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping products. - Receive and unload inbound shipments accurately.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Pick products based on order requirements with high accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring all documentation is correct.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift operation).
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize logistics.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic logistics concepts.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear provided PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
