Job Summary:
Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in logistics? Our distribution center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is seeking dedicated Fulfillment Associates. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our order processing, meticulously ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled with speed and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping a wide range of products. You will utilize advanced warehouse technology and equipment to optimize workflow and maintain inventory integrity. This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, a commitment to operational excellence, and a meticulous approach to detail. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Must be able to perform frequent lifting of items up to 60 pounds.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is a significant advantage. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
