Sandblaster Operator

Location: Rowlett, TX 75088
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Pay: Starting at $19/hr (DOE)

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Sandblaster Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing metal surfaces by using sandblasting equipment to remove paint, rust, and other materials. Your work will help ensure high-quality finishes for our products.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sandblasting equipment safely and effectively
• Prepare surfaces for painting, coating, or further processing
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and safe
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous sandblasting experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, lifting, and operating equipment)
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
