SoFi Invest is SoFi’s new investment platform that includes our market-leading robo-advisor, and online brokerage (stock, ETF, and mutual funds trading) products.On our team, you will be in the middle of it all – implementing functionality, architecting our system, squashing bugs, maintaining the health of our code, and continually growing as an engineer. And that starts with you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and testing of system components/services, code and design reviewsParticipate in shaping the technical architecture of the productHelp translate user stories into technical solutionsDeliver highly available and scalable services in a production environmentGenerate ideas for new initiatives and technologiesCommunicate with project leads, product managers and other software developersRequirementsBachelor’s Degree, ideally in a technical field, but we understand great engineers come from all sorts of different backgrounds and also consider relevant work experience2+ years mobile programming experience (Flutter strongly preferred)BonusWillingness to roll up your sleeves, collaborate with others and get stuff doneStrong sense of responsibility; driving a project from inception to completionAffinity for solving problems and shipping impactful features, not polishing perfect code or architectureExperience working in a collaborative coding environment (and git specifically), refining designs together, working through code reviews and managing pull requestsCompensation and BenefitsThe base pay range for this role is listed below.
