About
Responsible for driving revenue growth, managing, leading and coaching a global sales team and channel partners, and shaping strategic initiatives to strengthen our position in key markets. Analyze sales metrics to drive continuous improvement and prepare sales forecasts, reports and presentations for senior management.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and customer meetings worldwide.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical software sales, international market development, and team leadership. Strong understanding of turbomachinery, CAE software, or related engineering tools is highly desirable. Must have demonstrated success in leading international sales teams and channel partners and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Domestic and international travel is required.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
An advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of seven years of relevant sales or sales leadership experience in an industrial or aerospace setting.
Competitive base salary and commission, outstanding benefits package, and the option of working fully remote anywhere within the Continental United States.
