We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is vital for maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse, focusing on receiving, stocking, and preparing orders. You will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your work. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a strong work ethic. This position offers a great opportunity to grow within the Logistics industry. You will work closely with other team members to meet daily operational goals. Proper training on equipment and procedures will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for delivery.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and use required PPE .
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial. Must be capable of regular Lifting (up to 40 lbs). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Commitment to workplace Safety . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role is key to our supply chain success.
