About
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our busy Boston, Massachusetts distribution center. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to shipping them out. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders with precision and care. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. You will be part of a team that plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Success in this role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-volume setting. Continuous improvement and adherence to best practices in warehousing are highly encouraged. You will be expected to operate various pieces of equipment safely and efficiently, and to contribute positively to team goals. Strong communication skills are beneficial as you will interact with team leads and supervisors. The job involves regular Lifting of packages and materials, and all associates are required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Pick products for customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack orders accurately and securely, ensuring all items are present and protected.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
