- Perform all aspects of order fulfillment: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through system updates and scans.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all goods handled.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and wearing appropriate PPE at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the distribution center.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of logistics processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning technology.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and commitment to a safe work environment.
- Knowledge of logistics principles and efficient warehouse operations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including occasional overtime.
- Must be compliant with all PPE requirements.
- High school diploma or GED required.
