Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic team in Richmond, Virginia. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and shipped. This role is vital to our logistics operations, requiring attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of products and contributing to the overall success of our distribution center. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
  • Label packages correctly for transit.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Follow all company policies, especially regarding safety and security.
  • Must be able to handle frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE at all times.
  • Contribute to achieving daily fulfillment goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment or warehouse roles is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse procedures.
  • Emphasis on workplace safety, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
