Job Summary:
Our Orlando, Florida facility is looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our fast-paced logistics team. This role is essential for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in picking, packing, and shipping products. We emphasize Safety and teamwork in our operations. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications.
  • Pack items carefully and securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Verify order details against picked items to maintain accuracy.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, adhering to Safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
  • Adhere to all company Safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Meet established productivity and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and achieve team goals.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or Safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, and moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of general warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment.
