As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory based on order lists and meticulously packing them for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
  • Inspect picked items for any defects or damage.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
  • Label packages correctly for shipping.
  • Verify order details to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
  • Follow all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 45 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of basic logistics principles.
