We are seeking an Order Picker in Minneapolis, Minnesota! If you are meticulous, efficient, and looking for a role within a dynamic logistics environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately gathering items from our warehouse to fulfill customer orders. Your accuracy and speed directly impact our ability to serve our clients. Safety is a top priority, so you must strictly adhere to all safety regulations and properly use all required PPE. This role requires physical stamina, including regular lifting and movement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately picking products from warehouse locations using order lists or RF scanners.
- Verifying picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Maintaining an organized and clean picking area.
- Reporting any stock discrepancies or issues to a supervisor.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Consistently wearing and utilizing provided PPE.
- Performing tasks involving frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily picking quotas.
- Assisting with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Following all guidelines for safe lifting and material handling.
