Job Summary:
Our Las Vegas, Nevada warehouse is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, and investigating any discrepancies to ensure the integrity of our stock. Your efforts will directly contribute to the efficiency of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for numbers, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of inventory control principles. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable. We prioritize a safe working environment, so adherence to safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting practices, is mandatory. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Record and reconcile inventory data accurately.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Track the movement of goods within the warehouse.
  • Assist with receiving and put-away processes.
  • Generate inventory reports for management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized inventory area.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, including the use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar warehouse role.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software or WMS.
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and proper lifting techniques.
