Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve products from warehouse shelves using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and product details to ensure order accuracy.
- Prepare picked items for packing or staging, ensuring they are handled with care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet individual and team productivity goals for picking efficiency.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as stocking or replenishing inventory.
- Demonstrate proficiency in safe Lifting techniques to handle merchandise without injury.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret warehouse documents and labels.
- Capability to perform manual tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse Safety practices.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
