Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our busy facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our logistics network, involving a variety of tasks related to receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products are handled with care and delivered accurately to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments.
  • Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations, adhering to FIFO principles.
  • Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists, ensuring high accuracy.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging for carriers.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all company guidelines.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventories to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and contribute to a positive logistics workflow.
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Proficiency in operating RF scanners and other warehouse technology is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
