We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our logistics team in sunny Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is vital for the efficient functioning of our warehouse operations, ensuring materials are moved, stored, and prepared for dispatch safely and effectively. Your responsibilities will include operating various material handling equipment, receiving and stocking incoming goods, picking items for outgoing orders, and maintaining an orderly work environment. The ideal candidate is physically adept, comfortable with frequent lifting and manual tasks, and committed to upholding the highest safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Store materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and prepare materials for outgoing shipments.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Perform tasks that involve consistent lifting and physical exertion.
- Support the overall logistics and operational flow of the warehouse.
