The Opportunity We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in converting online enquiries into successful leads for Conveyancing and Surveys. This is a fast‑paced role where your ability to communicate effectively and deliver results will make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing :
Achieving daily call targets (typically 80–120 calls)
Recording call outcomes accurately
Converting enquiries into qualified leads
Managing follow‑up calls for unanswered enquiries
Keeping all administration and CRM records up to date
Reporting on lead conversions daily and weekly
About You You’ll be a confident communicator with a friendly, approachable tone, able to build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues. You’ll guide customers through their requirements and ensure everything is clearly documented.
You will also bring :
GCSE or equivalent qualifications
Proven experience in a telesales role (essential)
Strong IT skills, including MS Office and ideally CRM systems
Excellent understanding of customer service standards
A professional telephone manner
A proactive approach to personal development
Knowledge of the domestic property market (advantageous)
