The Role
Following the successful appointment of a Sales & Business Development Manager in our New York showroom we are looking for a similar person to work for the business in London. The role will be responsible for managing our UK sales team and driving further growth in our UK and European markets. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in growing business by leveraging your knowledge and contacts in the high-end interiors market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, coach and motivate the London Sales Team of 3, driving performance and maintaining a high standard of organisation within the showroom.
Conduct regular reporting on the London sales team's performance for monthly management meetings.
Business Development & Networking
Actively target and build strong, new relationships with Interior Designers and Architects across both the UK and Europe.
Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, leveraging your existing network within the world of high-end interiors.
Sales Process & Operations
Oversee and personally handle the full sales cycle, following our established sales process, from initial enquiry and quotation through to order confirmation.
Ensure strict adherence to our CRM processes to maintain excellent service and accurate data for the team.
Brand Representation & Events
Confidently present the Drummonds brand and products to clients, involving regular travel to meet key accounts.
Manage our London events, presentations, and client communications, both in the showroom and at external venues.
Organisation & Reporting
Maintain exceptional levels of organisation in all sales activities and client follow-up.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience in Interiors. Proven experience in the high-end interiors or luxury goods sector is essential, ideally bringing existing, valuable relationships to the business.
Ambitious. A genuine desire to grow personally and professionally alongside the expanding Drummonds business.
Loves Interiors. A true passion for design, quality, and the Drummonds product range.
Confident Communicator. Comfortable with professional presentation and travel.
Strong IT skills including CRM and Office 365.
The Specifications
Working 09.00 to 17.30 in our London showroom but able to help the occasional Saturday if the rota requires (taking a day in lieu).
Attending events out of hours if required.
25 days holiday pa.
Salary dependant on experience.
Travel when required to clients both in the UK and abroad.

Commercially minded, strategic thinker with a focus on execution and results.
Experience within an international hotel brand preferred; familiarity with Hyatt systems and culture is advantageous.
