Job Description
We are looking for a Content & Social Media Specialist to take ownership of Adroit’s LinkedIn presence and content strategy. This is an ad-hoc role, working closely with our in-house UI/UX designer to produce high-quality, engaging posts that reflect our expertise in IT consulting and cloud transformation. The Role
You will be responsible for developing and executing a content calendar, shaping post ideas, and ensuring consistent messaging across our brand. You should be comfortable translating technical topics into compelling LinkedIn content that resonates with business and technology audiences. Create and manage monthly content calendars for LinkedIn Work with our UI/UX designer to produce high-quality graphics Draft and publish LinkedIn posts, aligning with brand tone and messaging Research industry trends to identify timely and relevant content themes Track engagement metrics and adjust strategy accordingly Collaborate with leadership team on thought-leadership pieces Requirements
Experience in content creation and social media management, ideally B2B/LinkedIn Strong understanding of IT consulting, cloud, or digital transformation Ability to collaborate with designers to create impactful visual content Excellent written communication skills with attention to tone and clarity Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage deadlines Comfortable in an ad-hoc, part-time engagement rather than a full-time role Timeframe & Location
