Job Overview:

This position will assist in the management of property amenities and grounds in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards. This individual will develop knowledge and skill in the areas of physical facilities maintenance and property maintenance. Ability to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends is required. The amenities include, Lap Pool, Splashpad, Lazy Rivers, Dog Parks, Playgrounds, Pocket Parks, Ponds, and Walking Trails.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clean ground on common area
  • Making sure all assigned areas are clean and presentable
  • Check and balance chemicals
  • Record data
  • Vacuum
  • Brush the tiles and walls
  • Skim surface debris
  • Empty skimmer baskets
  • Clean pump baskets
  • Clean grates
  • Backwash facilities
  • Clean and stock bathrooms
  • Take out trash
  • Organize equipment
  • Compete minor repairs to the amenities
  • Report any emergencies or concerns to Manager
  • Handles various cleaning solvents, chemicals, etc. Complies with all regulations such as OSHA, EPA, State Health Department, etc.
  • Creates the culture needed to enhance, promote, and execute daily positive interaction among members of the building management team.
  • Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
  • Performs other job-related duties as directed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalency required. CPO or CPT certified preferred.
  • Three (3) years of experience with facility maintenance. Time management and interpersonal skills required. Effective written
    and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service, communication skills required.

Compensation: $28 / hour
