About

*About the Role: * We’re looking for a bilingual licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent who leads by example; someone who embodies everything we ask of our independent agents. In this role, you’ll support our IA (Independent Agent) channel by binding business on their behalf, as well as writing new personal lines business for Commonwealth Insurance directly. You’ll quote and bind policies across our core product lines: Auto, Renters, Homeowners, and Manufactured Home, with a focus on providing exceptional service, educating the customer, and offering complete protection, not just a policy. If you’re passionate about educating consumers, selling on value, and helping people make smart insurance choices, we want to hear from you. *What You'll Do: * · Quote and bind personal lines policies across auto and property products · Contact renewals and re-engage prior quote opportunities · Upsell and cross-sell additional coverage's and products · Support our independent agent channel by handling overflow calls and binding policies on their behalf · Educate consumers on coverage options and guide them through smart, informed choices · Provide an excellent customer experience and build trust through every interaction · Work with customers across multiple states *What We’re Looking For: * · Active Arizona P&C license · Strong understanding of personal lines insurance (auto, renters, homeowners, manufactured home) · Ability to sell on value, not just price · Strong communication and follow-up skills · Proven ability to educate customers and guide them through product options · Motivated, self-starter mindset who thrives on helping people and achieving results *Pay & Benefits: * · $18–$21/hour, based on experience · Monthly bonus opportunity bound policies · Licensing support for additional states Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Disability insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Parental leave * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insurance Ability to Commute: * Phoenix, AZ 85008 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Phoenix, AZ 85008: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
